This website gives general information about plumbing and our services. It is not a substitute for a plumber's inspection, and it does not create a contract. If you have a gas smell, an electrical hazard or flooding, treat it as an emergency and call 911 or the proper utility first.
Scheduling and arrival
We schedule same-day appointments when a crew is available. We do not guarantee an arrival time or response time, because traffic, weather and earlier jobs can change a schedule. We will tell you if the plan changes.
Pricing
You will be told the price before work begins. Prices depend on the problem, access, parts and time of day. If we find additional work is needed, we will explain it and ask for your approval before we continue.
Licensed work
Plumbing work in New Jersey must be performed by a master plumber or an authorized plumbing contractor. We dispatch licensed plumbers, and you may ask to see the license of the plumber who arrives.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
