Our service is by phone. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. When you call, we may collect your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem so we can schedule a plumber and quote a price.
What we do with call information
We use it to answer your call, schedule work, give you a price and follow up on a job. We share it with the plumbers assigned to your job and with service providers who help run our phone line. We do not sell your personal information.
This website
This website has no forms and does not ask you to enter personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and page requests, to keep the site secure and working. Embedded Google Maps may set cookies or collect data under Google's own policies when they load.
Keeping information safe
We limit access to call information to people who need it for a job. No method of storage is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security.
